Personality & Executive Assessments
Personality Profile
For pre-employment screening, the client provides a job description and information about the working environment. We prepare a narrative report offering an overview of the applicant’s personality as it relates to the position under consideration.
The report highlights behavioral strengths and stress points that may need further development. This type of analysis is highly effective in sales force-building.
Executive Report
Includes a Comprehensive Report describing motivating factors, likely responses under stress, and obstacles to success, along with a Job Profile Comparative Graph and Psychogram.
The Psychogram is a scientific instrument with weighted scores for forty personality traits.
Compatibility Report
A narrative report describing two or more people who will be closely interacting. Includes a Personality Profile for each person and a summary covering the strengths and weaknesses of the potential partnership.

Personnel Selection & Team Building
General Personnel Criteria
Five groups of general personality traits and two groups of job-specific scores, motivations, and mitigating factors, scored on a scale from 1 to 10.
Specialized Skills Criteria
In addition to the General Personnel Criteria, includes scores for Sales and/or Management and Leadership Skills.
Success Potential Graph & Summary
A graph for each of five key personality traits and three mitigating traits, scored on a scale from 1 to 5. Includes an overall letter grade and brief summary.

Job Profile Graph
The Comparative Graph compares the candidate’s scores with an ideal job profile created by the client using our Job Profile Template.
Quick Scan
When there are many candidates for the same position, the Quick Scan helps develop a shortlist by categorizing handwriting samples as Strong, Borderline, or Unsuitable.
The Quick Scan is not a full analysis. It is a preliminary sorting service intended to make the selection process more manageable.
Specialized & Expedited Services
Forensic Graphology
Appropriate when a psychological profile is required, such as in child custody cases, surrogate parenting or adoption, spousal abuse, or criminal investigations.
Private investigators, psychologists, law enforcement professionals, and attorneys are the primary clients for forensic graphology reports.
Expedited Service
Standard turnaround is within three business days. For a small surcharge, expedited service returns results within twenty-four hours.
