How Does the Software Work?
Why Can't I Just Scan the Handwriting?
Sheila Lowe's Handwriting Analyzer uses the gestalt method of handwriting analysis. The analyst must recognize subtle elements of handwriting that the computer cannot identify automatically.
In the Categories window, a small red square appears beside each major component contributing to an accurate report. The user selects the graphic in each category that best represents the handwriting being analyzed.
After selections have been made in at least ten of the major categories, the Report button becomes available and an analysis can be generated.
Who Uses the Handwriting Analyzer?
- Human resources professionals use it to better understand job applicants and their potential suitability for a position.
- Handwriting analysts use it to produce reports efficiently, including at trade shows and conventions. Experienced users may be able to generate a report in five or six minutes.
- Psychologists use it to gain deeper insight into their clients.
- Individuals use the Personal Version to explore their own personality and better understand others.
Professional users can add their own contact information to report footers, creating an additional promotional opportunity.
